In light of the fact that the counseling process is anticipated to start in the near future, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued a letter in which it urges medical colleges to register their seats on its official portal for the NEET-UG counseling 2024.
The petition pertaining to the NEET-UG examination is scheduled to be heard by the Supreme Court on July 18th.
You have till July 20 to upload your seat lists on the portal if you are a medical institute that is participating in the undergraduate counseling.
“It is hereby communicated to the institutions that are taking part in the Undergraduate Counselling 2024 that the intramcc portal for the contribution of Undergraduate seats is now open.”
The letter that was distributed on July 15 stated that as a result, educational institutions are being asked to begin registering their seats on the portal as soon as possible in order to ensure that the process of seat contribution can be finished in a timely manner.
Additionally, it was reported that the user ID or passport that is required to enter seats on the portal is currently the same as it was in the years prior.
According to what was said there, “In the event that you have forgotten your password, you can use the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ option and change your password.”
How many counselling rounds are there in NEET 2024?
All India Counseling is responsible for 15% of the available seats, while Delhi Counseling and IPU Counseling are responsible for the remaining seats. Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and the Stray Vacancy Round are the titles of the four rounds of the NEET 2024 counseling process that will take place.
Is there a possibility that NEET 2024 may be delayed?
However, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has not yet made an official announcement regarding whether or not the NEET 2024 would be re-conducted. The official website of the NTA will be updated with any new information, including the dates of any new examinations.
