When Farah was asked to discuss the changes that she has witnessed in the industry, she began by focusing on the positive aspects of the changes and stated that the greatest improvement is that the industry is now far more structured. It is a studio system that is in place, and people arrive at the scheduled time.

This is something that I believe has to be managed a little bit. Producers are the ones who bring in the most people (an actress brings in nine people, while an actor brings in eight people). There is no evidence of such in the movie. The burden of this is placed on the producers.
